The text should specify that only glyphs in revealed areas activate when she moves within 6 spaces of them. Glyphs that are in unrevealed areas are not on the board yet and thus cannot be activated.
Road to Legend
Because the dungeon levels are so much smaller on average in the Advanced Campaign, Runewitch Astarra’s ability only activates glyphs within 3 spaces of her.
